SB90 and AB1416 The Ballot Disclose Act will  require that ballots at the polls & mail-in ballots will state in the descriptions of statewide  ballot measures the names of the three proponents and three opponent organizations of the  measure. This information is already in the voter pamphlet and would appear on the ballot  also. A great majority of those polled said that the names of those organizations would help  them make better voting decisions.
